摘　　要：目的:愈美颗粒剂佐治小儿肺炎临床疗效观察。方法:将 １６０例肺炎患儿随机分为对照组４０例和治疗组１２０例,对照组按常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗同时,加用愈美颗粒剂,按常规剂量服用。结果:退热时间、止咳时间、肺部罗音消失时间,治疗组优于对照组(Ｐ＜０．０１)。结论:愈美颗粒剂佐治小儿肺炎临床疗效良好。Objective: To observe the clinical effect and side -effect ol Guaifenesin and Dextromethorphan hydro-bromide Granules in add - on treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods: 160 Cases of infantile pneumoina patients were dividided randomly into 40 cases of control group was treated with routine therapy that were anti - infection, antitussive and expectorant with mixture. The treat group was add - on treated with Guarifenesin and dextrome thorphan hydrobromidegranules. Results: The course of antipyretic, antitussive and dis-apperance of pulmonary moist rale in the treat group was shorter than that in the control group ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Guaifenesin and dextromethorphan hydrobromide granules is the effective medicine in add - on treatment of infantile pneumonia.
