不同晶型二氟尼柳胶囊剂的溶出行为

摘　　要：用 X射线衍射仪确定二氟尼柳的晶型 ,分别以晶型与非晶型二氟尼柳制备的胶囊剂的溶出 T5 0 为 10 .0 8min和 15 .5 8m in;T80 分别为 14.0 9min和 2 3.6 3m in。显示晶型二氟尼柳的胶囊剂溶出速率明显比非晶型的快 ,经 t检验具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0The crystalline forms of diflunisal were determined by X ray diffraction, and the effect of the crystalline forms on the in vitro dissolution of diflunisal from capsules was observed. The dissolution of the crystalline form was faster than that of amorphous form ( P<0.01). T 50 and T 80 of the former were 10.08 min and 15.58 min, respectively, while T 50 and T 80 of the latter were 14.09 min and 23.63 min, respectively.
