农户利益持续增长与政治稳定

摘　　要：农户利益持续增长的意义是：农户收入持续增长是农村可持续发展的前提；农户权益的有效保护是农村经济可持续发展的政治基础；农户利益全面增长为我国农业从传统农业过渡到现代农业作了准备；农户利益持续增长为我国社会政治稳定奠定了坚实基础；农业经济持续发展是农户利益增长的根本前提；尽管农户的生活水准和生产的条件有了巨大的改善，但农村仍有一些新的问题发生；农户利益持续增长与农村政治稳定的关系；农户经济发展中的主要问题有四点：农户政治经济上的参与权及农户剩余索取权扩张受阻；农户的负担某种程度上超出了农民的承受能力；农民的负担违背了一些基本原则；农民增收的内在机理欠畅。Farmer's advantage constantly inceasing has its own significances: Farmer's advantage continuing raise is the fundamental premise that promotes the rural area economical development rapidly. Effective protect farmer's benefit set a political base on which leads to the continuing development. Farmer's beneift having increased all over rural area makes preparation for our traditional agriculture turning into the moden agricutlure. (objects, men power and technique capital). Social political stable and solid foundation set by the farmer's incomes constantly raising. Agriculturl economy constantly development is the fundamental premise of farmer's benefit raising. Although farmer's living level and productive condition has been greatly improved, there are several problems, such as new situation, new income of farmer in the countryside. The relationship beetween continuing raise and political stable in rural. These main problems in the farmer's economical development now, as follows, farmer's political, economical entering right and farmer's surplus asking for right which expansion being forbiddned. Farmer's burden some what over the capacity of farmer's capability. Farmer's burden running counter to the some basic principles. Farmer's increasing intermachenism has been forbiddned.
