摘　　要：讨论了在一个非克尔黑洞时空中的粒子能级分布与描述轴对称源的静态和稳态形变参数的关系等问题 .The distribution of particle energy levels in the spacetime of a Non Kerr black hole is relevent with the parameters that describe the static and stationary deformations of an axisymmetric mass.
