邓小平党政关系思想探析

摘　　要：在加强和改善党的领导的前提下 ,正确处理好党政关系 ,是政治体制改革的重要内容。邓小平对此做过大量论述 ,其基本观点可概括为两句话 :一是党政分开 ;二是要坚持党的领导 ,当然也要有监督 。A good balance between the leadership of the Party and the administration of the Government is the key content of the political reform in the precondition of reinforcing and improving the leadership of the Party. Deng Xiao ping had expounded in detail about this and the major points of his theory include: (1) the leadership of the Party and the administration of the Government should be separated; (2) the leadership of the Party should be maintained, and of course, with supervision and restriction.
