广州蓄能水电厂作为广东电网黑启动电源的可行方案

摘　　要：黑启动是电力系统故障后迅速恢复的重要措施之一 ,可减少系统事故损失 ,满足系统紧急事故备用要求。作为一种特殊的运行方式 ,黑启动需解决机组启动过程中励磁电源、控制电源、调速器动力能源、机械部分各轴承的发热、推力轴承润滑等问题。文中提出了广州蓄能水电厂黑启动在广东电网瓦解情况下作为系统恢复启动电源的可行方案 。Black start-up is one of the important means for quick recovery of electric power system failure, and it can reduce the loss and meet the demand for emergency use. As a special mode, smooth black start-up requires the solution of the problems, such as control and excitation power supplies, governor energy source, heating-up of bearings, lubrication for thrust bearing. The feasible plan of black start-up of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station (GPSPS) as the start-up power supply in the case of failure in Guangdong Electric Power Network is discussed and is proved successful by test.
