摘 要:介绍了一项重要成果 :寻找出一种新的科学解决方法 ,使高压绝缘子既能承受高的机械和电气负荷而制造成本低。用专门的有机化合物针对性地涂敷高压绝缘子表面 ,使表面获得疏水性。这样就大大改善了 (特别在污秽下的 )电特性。疏水性防止了诱发闪络的泄漏电流。如果在运行条件下能避免泄漏电流 ,则绝缘子将不出现闪络或结构件老化。对瓷绝缘子微观结构或表面特性不断深入的研究 ,从而可能开辟新的使用领域或得到更为经济的结构 ,最终有助于企业保持或提高它在市场中的地位。Experiments on the basic target to find new scientifically solutions for mechanically and electrically high stressed high voltage insulators produced with a low cost level were carried out.The following paper presents the most important results.Looking for a specific surface coating of high voltage porcelain insulators based on specific organic compounds a hydrophobic surface could be achieved In this way the electrical characteristic especially under pollution layer stress has been improved.The hydrophobic effect stops the flashover initialising critical leakage current.If it is possible to avoid the leakage current under service conditions the flashover free insulator can be manufactured.The better knowledge of the micro structure or surface behaviour of ceramic insulators offers the possibility for new application fields or cheaper constructions and can help the insulator producer to keep or improve his position on the market.
