摘　　要：随着铁路客票系统的建成及全国联网售票的实现,铁路客运业务管理逐步走向规范化、制度化、科学化。建立铁路客运决策支持系统是一项具有现实意义的新课题,为了提高客运服务质量,本文以客票系统和数据仓库技术为基础,研究提出了铁路客运决策支持系统总体方案,文中详细论述了系统的整体框架和数据组织方式,以及系统数据采集方法、数据存储和数据展现等技术实现方案。It is a new important task to construct RPT_DSS(railway passenger transport_Dedsion Suport System) , in order to satisfying the information requirements of the railway passenger management ,the thesis puts forward the overall project of the RPT_DSS on the basis of the Data Warehouse's technology and the SMART system . the thesis discusses in detail the overall frame of the RPT_DSS,the way of organizing data and implementing project of the technology in collecting data,data store,and displaying data .
