摘　　要：本文提出一种用于相位噪声测量的新型方差——变形高阶差分方差,其传递函数具有无旁瓣、谐波少等优点。文中导出了该方差的传递函数 H_c(f)、采样函数h_c(t)及等效带宽B_N。利用变形高阶差分方差可将时域测量结果折算为频域表征。In this paper,a new variance used in the phase noise measurement,called deformed high difference variance,is presented.The transfer function of the new variance has the following features:(1)no minor lohe responses)(2)few harmonic responses.The transfer function He(f),sample function hc(t)and equivalent band width BN are given.The measurement results in the time domain can he converted into the results in the frequency domain by this new variance.
