摘　　要：本文依据国际、国内金融业发展的新动向 ,提出银行与保险联手合作是金融发展的必然趋势的论断 ,并指出银保合作的主要形式、主要问题和银保联合发展的策略。In the light of the new trends in the international financial development, this article draws the inference that the hand-in-hand cooperation between banks and insurance companies is the absolute tendency in the financial industry.The article also expounds the major form to be taken,the major problems to be solved and the developing strategy in the bank-insurance company cooperation.
