摘 要:概要介绍了应用信息技术新兴的设备诊断工程,研究了表面劣化引起的机械故障谱、故障原因谱及应用表面工程的故障防治对策和基于诊断的再设计工程。论述了表面工程、再制造工程与设备诊断工程的关系,以及二者在“超前预防,消患治本”使设备“本质可靠,功能达标”和“起死回生,循环再用”等方面发挥的重要作用,展望了其在21世纪开发应用的广阔前景。In this paper, a brief introduction is given to equipment diagnosis engineering, a growing new technical field based on applying information techniques. This paper also describes the mechanical failures caused by surface deteriorating, causes of failure, strategies of failure precaution on surface engineering, and redesign engineering based on diagnosis. It addresses the relationships between surface engineering, remanufacture engineering and equipment diagnosis engineering. Their significant functions are shown in precaution and cure for mechanical failures, while the machines are ensured to play important roles in the aspects of 'nature to reliability and functions to standards' and 'Bringing back to life and utilizing by recycling'. The fascinating prospects of their development and application in 21 century are depicted.
