高松装密度五氧化二铌的研究

摘　　要：用氨沉淀铌液 ,如能改变沉淀条件 ,控制洗涤效果 ,调整煅烧温度 ,必要时加入适量的添加剂 ,可使原来经典法制得的Nb2 O5松装密度由 0 4～ 0 5g/cm3提高到大于 1 1g/cm3,且Nb2 O5含量大于98% ,灼减值 (LOI)小于 1%。The bulk density of Nb 2O 5 can be improved from 0.4～0.5g/c.c to 1.1g/c.c,and the content of Nb 2O 5 to 98%,LOI be reduced down to less 1% by changing the precipitating condition,controlling of washing time and adjusting of calcination temperature,addition of a proper quantity of additive if necessary,for precipitation of Nb solution with ammonium.
