摘 要:在 6 0℃的NaCl溶液中 ,利用交流阻抗技术研究了不同固化度熔融结合环氧粉末涂层 (FBE)的交流阻抗特征 ,分析了涂层固化交联结构与介质传输行为的关系 .结果表明 :涂层的固化度越高 ,涂层的抗渗透性能越好 ,而高温下固化短时间的涂层与固化温度不够高的长时间固化涂层 ,即使两者的固化度相近 ,但其抗渗性能有一定的差异 。The characteristics of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) for coatings with different curing degree in 1mass% NaCl solution at 60℃ were studied by EIS technique. The relationship between curing degree and behavior of medium permeation was discussed. The results showed that the medium permeation behavior in the coatings was mainly determined by curing degree and the cross-linked structure.The resistance to medium permeation of the coatings increased with increasing of curing degree. The coatings with the same curing degree (DOC), but enduring different curing processes, had different anti-permeability. The coating, which was cured at 220℃ for 5min, had higher anti-permeability than the coating which was cured at 160℃ for 60min.The above phenomenon may be attributed to the increasing of number of cross-linked bonds.
