摘  要:抗滑脱和抗粘扣是衡量 API圆螺纹油管使用性能的两个重要指标。满足 API标准的圆螺纹油管在使用过程中仍然存在粘扣甚至滑脱等事故。通过对 API圆螺纹油管上扣与拉伸过程的有限元应力分析,探讨了影响螺纹接头抗滑脱强度和抗粘扣性能的主要因素,并提出了相应的改进措施。: The anti- pullout and anti- gluing are important indices for valuing the connection performance of API round tubing. Although satisfying applicable API specification, the tubing may still being operating with troubles like pullout and gluing. Finite element stress analysis is conducted in this paper under the conditions of make- up torque and axial tension load. The complications affecting the resistance against gluing and pullout of threaded connections are investigated, based on which, countermeasure are proposed. The said analysis conclusion may be used as a theoretical guide to enhancing API tubing performance.
