摘　　要：天津市无缝钢管厂通过改进张力减径机机架与轧辊孔型，使入口荒管直径由原来的 118mm扩大到 133mm，从而实现了Φ 127， 121mm等高精度产品规格的轧制。生产实践证明，孔型设计合理。： Owing to modification of the stands and rolls, the stretch－ reducing pipe mill located at Tianjin Municipal Seamless Steel Tube Plant has been capable of rolling hi－ precisionΦ 127 mm andΦ 121 mm pipes with mother pipes with maximum O.D of 133 mm ( originally 118 mm ). The grooves designed have been proven very effective through operation.
