摘　　要：针对球磨机和振动筛的运行特点 ,研制了以双CPU结构为基础的球磨机和振动筛工作状态实时监测系统。该系统主要由数据拾取部分、数据处理部分和状态显示部分组成。为提高系统的实时性和经济性 ,数据处理部分采用双单片机结构 ,分别完成监控管理和运算工作。该系统采用比较分析法和时间序列分析法等 。A real time monitoring system based on double CPU is developed in accordance with the operating characters of ball mill and vibrating screen This system includes mainly three units:data collecting unit,data processing unit and condition displaying unit The data processing unit utilizes double single chip microcomputer that will be responsible for system management and Fast Fourier Transform respectively for realizing real time and economic monitoring The system adopting the method of comparing analysis and time series analysis can detect and analyze the signal of vibration,noise,currency,temperature,rotating speed,lubricating oil flow and press from ball mill and vibration from vibrating screen,and can identify and display the corresponding condition of ball mill and vibrating screen The system is characterized by reliable operation,high intelligent monitoring,flexible parameter adjustment control,wide application and subjective condition displaying etc
