摘 要:对 6 5 Mn冷切钢管锯片进行化学镀镍表面强化处理 ,研究了时效时间对镀层硬度、结合强度的影响 ,比较了镀镍前后的耐磨性 ,并在圆锯片上进行了生产性试验。结果表明 :36 0℃时效 1h时 ,硬度达到最高值 10 10 HV,但镀层局部起皮、剥落 ;时效 3h后硬度降到 747HV,镀层不再起皮、剥落 ,耐磨性比 6 5 Mn基体高 4倍 ,30 0 mm锯片使用寿命提高了The effect of aging time on hardness and adhesion of the chemical nickel plating on 65Mn(0.65%C 1.0%Mn)steel is researched. The wear resistance of the plate before and after the plating is compared and productively tested on circular saws. The results shows that the hardness reaches its highest value of 1010HV at 360℃,1h aging. When aging time is longer than 3h, the plate will no longer depart from its matrix or peel off. The wear resistance of the plate is nearly 5 times as high as that of 65Mn steel matrix. The service life of the plated saws is about 4 times as long as that of the steel matrix.
