摘  要:探讨了连铸过程中用电磁力代替结晶器机械振动的可行性,用高速数码摄像机观察了保护渣的浸入、排出行为;测定了保护渣的消耗量.根据分瓣形水冷铜质结晶器无机械振动电磁连铸模拟实验结果,选择比固有频率稍小的间歇频率,可保证结晶器与初期凝固坯间的润滑,获得了较好的铸坯表面质量.A feasibility of mold oscillation substituted by an electromagnetic force was investigated. The penetration behavior of mold flux was visualized by use of a high speed digital video and the consumption of the mold flux was measured using molten tin. Moreover, molten tin was continuously cast in a copper mold with slits under the imposition of the intermittent alternating magnetic field instead of the mold oscillation. It is noticed that the surface quality of cast billets was improved by increasing the consumption of the mold flux and by adjusting the intermittent frequency of the magnetic field to the optimum frequency, which exists near the resonance frequency of a molten pool.
