摘 要:研究了具有宽过冷液相区的Fe-(Nb)-Al-Ge-P-C-B非晶合金及其热稳定性和磁性结果表明,少量Nb元素能够有效地提高热稳定性和玻璃形成能力,最大过冷液相区可达65.7K.非晶合金具有好的软磁性能,饱和磁化强度较高,饱和磁致伸缩系数较低在接近晶化温度下进行退火处理能够有效地降低矫顽力,改善软磁性能晶化导致软磁性能显著下降.Fe基非品合金热稳定性的高低与其软磁性能有一致性,即高热稳定性的非晶合金具有更好的软磁性能.The ferromagnetic amorphous Fe-(Nb)-Al-Ge-P-C-B alloys with a wide supercooled liquid region before crystallization were successfully prepared. The effect of Nb addition on the thermal stability of the supercooled liguid, glass-forming ability (GFA) and soft magnetic properties was examined. The increases in the thermal stability and GFA were recognized in the replacements of Al by 1 to 3% (atomic fraction) Nb. The Fe-based amorphous alloys exhibit good magnetic properties with high saturation magnetization and low saturated magnetostriction. The coercive force is lowered and the soft magnetism is improved by annealing treatment just below the crystallization onset temperature. However, the crystallization leads to an obvious decrease in the soft magnetic properties. The Fe-based amorphous alloys exhibit a correspondence between the wide supercooled liquid region and good soft magnetic properties.
