“901”海带新品种培育的研究

摘　　要：选择性状差异较大的日本长海带（Laminaria longissima）和当地早厚成品系一号（L.japonica）为母父本，通过杂交获得F1，F1经连续五年的自交选育获得”901”海带新品种。该品种具有生长速度快、耐高温的经济性状和色泽浓褐、个体宽大、纵沟较明显、基部终身楔形，近基部1m处呈微弧形的形态性状。经两年生产实践证明：”901”性状遗传较稳定，产量高，质量优。We chose the laminaria longissima and the local earlier-thickening KELP laminaria japonica to take advantage of their great difference in shape and properties as male and female parent for hybridization, then obtained the filial generation F1. After 5 year's continuous self-copulation between F1 and selected rearing, the new variety of kelp “901” was obtained. The new variety of kelp has many economical characteristics, such as rapid growth and high temperature resistance. Its body is wide and long with a clear channel in the middle and a brown color all over the body. The shape of its base is like a wedge and a slight bow-like shape appears at about 1m near the base. Two year's productive practice proves that the new variety of kelp “901” has the properties of stable heredity, high yield and fine quality.
