摘　　要：目的 :了解正辛基 -葡萄糖苷 ( OGP)体外杀精作用及其机理。方法 :将正常精液分别与不同浓度的 OGP进行体外培养 ,通过精液常规、精子伊红染色、精子尾部膨胀试验、电子显微镜等检查 ,观察 OGP的杀精效果。结果 :随着 OGP浓度的增加 ,对精子的制动、精子膜、线粒体的破坏愈来愈严重。结论 :OGP具有明显的制动精子和杀精作用。WT5HZ] Objective: To explore the function and mechanism of the OGP spermacitic action in vitro .Methods: After the incubation of normal semen with different concentrations of OGP in vitro , the spermacitic effect was examined by the tests of semen routine analysis,eosin stain of sperm,sperm tail swelling test and electonic microscopic examination of sperm.Results: The immobiliation action on sperm and destruction of sperm membrane and mitochondria become more obvious as increase the concentration of OGP .Conclusion: OGP can immobilizie and kill the sperm.
