摘　　要：目的　探讨Gorham Stout综合征的X线表现特点 ,以期提高对本病X线诊断的认识水平 ,有助于与其他溶骨性改变的疾患鉴别。材料与方法　 3例经病理证实的Gorham Stout综合征 ,其中单发于肋骨 2例 ,肋骨、肱骨、肩胛骨多发 1例。回顾性研究其X线表现 ,结合国内外文献资料 ,分析其X线诊断及鉴别诊断要点。结果　 3例均呈进行性大片骨质溶解破坏 ;长骨破坏区残端削尖变细 ,无骨膜反应及新骨形成 ,无软组织肿块 ,病理性骨折不愈合等X线征象 ,具有一定病变特征。结论　Gorham Stout综合征的X线表现具有特征性。结合病史特点 ,X线可提示本病的诊断 。Objective To make a further understanding of the radiologic characteristics of Gorhan-Stout syndrome.Materials and Methods The radiographic findings in 3 cases with pathologically-proved Gorhan-Stout syndrome were retrospectively reviewed. The disease only affected the ribs in 2 cases, while multiple regions were involved in one case.Results The characteristic X-ray features of Gorhan-Stout syndrome were as follows: spontaneous, progressive and osteolytic destruction, disappearing of bone in great quantity, taping of the bone remnants, absence of new bone formation or soft tissue mass, pathological fractures hardly to fuse.Conclusion Gorhan-Stout syndrome has some certain X-ray characteristics which are very helpful in differentiation with other osteolytic diseases.
