复方聚维酮碘片对大鼠口腔给药的长期毒性研究

摘　　要：目的　观察复方聚维酮碘片 (CPI)口腔给药对大鼠的长期毒性。方法　 6 0只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、0 4和 4 0mg·kg-1·d-1CPI口腔给药组 ,连续给药 30d。结果　口腔给予CPI组大鼠的体重、脏器指数、血常规和血清生化指标 (GPT、GOT、TP、BUN、Cr)与对照组比较无显著差别 (P >0 0 5 )。Objective: To observe the chronic toxicity in the intraoral of administration of compound povidone iodine (CPI) on rats. Method: 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=20). Two groups were respectively administered intraorally with 0 4 or 4 0 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 . The control animals were intraorally given 5 0 mg·ml -1 sodium carboxymethylcellulose 0 1 ml·d -1 . Results : 30d later, the body weights, organ coefficients,blood routne and biochemical indexes(GPT, GOT, TP, BUN, Cr) in CPI treated groups had no significnt difference compared with those in the control group. Conclusion: Chronic intraoral administration with CPI does not result in obvious toxicity on rats.
