摘  要:目的 对胫骨型髓内分叉钉 (TITN)内固定胫骨骨折的生物力学性能进行实验研究 ,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法 采用 36根湿尸体胫骨标本进行实验 ,比较TITN与矩形钉 ,Ender钉及梅花钉固定之胫骨骨折在抗扭转、抗弯曲和抗轴向拉伸刚度等方面差异性。结果 扭转试验、弯曲试验及轴向拉伸试验结果均表明TITN的抗扭、抗弯、抗轴向拉伸刚度均优于矩形钉、Ender钉、梅花钉 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 TITN有良好的生物力学性能 ,有较强的骨折固定作用和稳定性 。Objective Tibial fractures fixed by tibial intramedullary tridentate nails(TITN) were tested for the sake of understanding their biomechanical function,so as to provide the theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods The rigidity of tibial fractures fixed by the TITNs was compared with that of fractures fixed by Rectangular nails,Ender nails and cloverleaf nails with torsional,bending and axial tensile test.In the experiment,36 pieces of moist cadaveric tibias were used.Results The torsional rigidity,bending rigidity and axial tensile rigidity of TITN were superior to the Rectangular nails,Ender nails and cloverleaf nails (P<0 05).Conclusion The TITN had fine biomechanical characteristics in fixation for tibial fractures,especially in auti torsion and axial tension.
