摘 要:用分离筛选、驯化的组合式工程菌 ,以固定化生物活性炭 (BAC)柱过滤法对炼油厂含油废水进行处理 .控制入水流量 4 0mL/min ,接触时间 2 0min ,除油效果十分显著 .当废水的含油量在 1 5~ 4 0mg/L时 ,经过试验运转 ,固定化BAC柱出水油浓度为 0~ 5mg/L ,平均去除率 85% ,同时CODCr的去除率为70 % .这两项指标都达到了排放标准 .设计颗粒活性炭 (GAC)作为对比 .Engineering bacteria was isolated and mixed to use in the removal of wastewater containing oil by fixed BAC (biological activated carbon). The experiment indicated that good results could be produced when the inflow was kept on 40 mL/min and retention time was 30 min. The oil density in the effluent was decreased from 15~40 mg/L (inflow) to 0~5 mg/L through the immobilized BAC column. The removed rate was as high as 85%, while about COD Cr was removed. These two symbols were reached the national discharge standards. The GAC column was designed to compare with. This study provides a practical method and scientific basis for immobilized engineering bacteria's use in practical treatment.
