摘　　要：本文通过用地表面热量平衡方程,作为热力学第一定律中非绝热加热项,经过数值模拟。得到了在复杂地形的动力和热力作用下,近地面大气流场和温度场的分布特征,并得到适于计算滇中地区地面温度的方法。The thermal equilibrium equation of the earth surface is used as the diabatic forcing of the first law in thermedynamics, in terms of numerical simulations, to get the distribution characteristics of the wind and temperature fields near the earth surface under the action of dynamic and therrnodynamic force from the complex topography. A method applicable to caicnlating the temperature field near the earth surface for the central area of Yunnan province, is also obtained.
