家蚕越年种良卵率调查方法研究

摘　　要：改变良卵率的静态调查方法 ,运用动态调查蚕种的不良卵发生率 ,并借助破坏性检测方法 ,增大蚕种场批间的不良卵发生率差异 ,提高了检测方法的准确性和检测结果的代表性。使用这种方法 ,能够准确地检测因蚕期营养和产卵环境等造成的下一代蚕种质量差异 ,特别是强健性差异 ;经检测生产上的 8个品种 145场批的蚕种 。In this paper the quality of silkworm eggs is determined through investigating occurrence rate of poor eggs dynamically other than the percentage of good eggs,meanwhile,the difference of occurrence rate of poor eggs between various batches was enlarged by adopting inspecting method of destructiveness,which promoted the accuracy of this method and representativeness of the results.In this way the difference of eggs quality resulted from nutrition during larval period and environment of oviposition,especially difference of healthiness,could be inspected accurately.The results of inspecting 8 breeds,145 batches in production were highly agreement with several quality indexes.
