摘 要:应用主成分分析法 ,从样本相关矩阵出发 ,对 1 8个兴山核桃复选优系的主要经济性状 (产果量、单果重、仁重、出仁率、取仁指数、产仁量、粗脂肪含量、粗蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量 )进行分析 ,依性状累积百分率达到 85%以上 ,提出了 4个反映兴山桃核主要经济性状的主成分函数式。通过计算各优系的重要主成分值 ,依据主成分生物学内涵和核桃市场消费趋势 ,提出核桃坚果利用的主成分组合 ,从而构建综合评价指数 ,按各种不同利用类型对优系进行排序 ,其结果与优系的实际表型相近似 ,表明用主成分分析法构建综合评价指数对兴山核桃复选优系主要经济性状评析比传统的定性描述和多个单一性状选优科学、简便。为核桃优系选择与利用提供了理论依据。According to the correlation matrix of samples,the main economic characters of 18 reseledted excellent walnut strains, including fruit yeild, single fruit weight, kernel weight, kernel rate, index of kernel catching, kernel yield, content of crude fat,content of crude proteins,and soluble sugars,were analysized using principal component analysis. Basing on a cumulative percentage of over 85%, a proposal was put forth on four principal components and their function equations of the main economic characters of walnut from Xingshan County of Hubei. After the important values of main components of these strains were computed, the relevant combinations of the principal components were proposed according to the biological significance of the main components and the market tendence of walnut .The synthetical evaluating indexes were established.The excellent strains were arranged according to the different processing types.The results were close to their actual phenotypes,suggesting the estabilishment of synthetical evalutating indexes was more scientific and simple than the tranditionaly qualitative description and selection using some single characters,and provided theortical base for selection of excellent walnut strains and their utilization.
