转基因羊与克隆羊的妊娠分析

摘　　要：用配有 5MHz直肠探头超声断层扫描仪 ,对 1 92只经转基因或细胞核移植后的胚胎移植受体白山羊和 6只自然交配羊进行妊娠检查。结果表明 :胚胎移植后 2 8～ 1 0 2 d试验羊妊娠诊断阴性 (B超判断未怀孕羊 )的准确率为 1 0 0 % ,自然交配羊和细胞核移植受体羊妊娠诊断阳性 (B超判断怀孕 )和阴性的准确率为 1 0 0 % 。recipient white goats were transplanted with transgenic or cloning embryos and 6 goats of natural matting were observed pregnant by ultrasonography with 5 MHz rectal probe. The correct rate of gestation diagnosis by ultrasonography scaning was 100 percent during the 28th to 102th day after embryonic transplant. The non pregnant correct rate by ultrasonography scanning was also 100 percent in the goats of natural matting and the recipient goats. Some of pseudo positive recipient goats by ultrasonography scanning occur in transgenic goats, which may be related to fetal developmental ceasing or abortion.
