摘　　要：随着现代通讯与信息技术的突飞猛进 ,在美国等西方发达市场经济国家已形成网络经济的雏形并向全球扩展。网络技术为当代世界经济开辟了更为广阔的发展空间 ,它在引起就业职位的技术化变迁和劳动力市场的技术分割的同时 ,也带动社会的“人文化”需求的扩张 ,从而形成“人文化”的软性就业空间。With the rapid advancement of modern communication and information technology,rudiment of network economy has been formed in the U.S.and other Western countries with developed market economy,and it has extended to the whole world.Network technology has made a larger room for the development of modern world economy.Network technology has not only led to the technologized change of employment and the technological division of labor market,but also brought along the expansion of 'humanized'need in the society,and thus forming the flexible employment room of 'humanization'.Therefore,we should seek a dualistic equilibrium between technologization and humanization of employment.
