摘　　要：通过分析贵州省黔西南州图书情报系统的文献资源建设状况 ,进而剖析了整个少数民族贫困地区文献资源建设的现状及存在的主要问题 ,提出了目标、原则和对策。Based on an analysis of the distribution and construction of the literature resources in the libraries in Southwest Guizhou, this paper has made a further analysis of the present situation and the main problems in the construction of literature resources in poverty stricken ethnic minority areas in Southwest Guizhou, and finally put forward certain objectives, principles and strategies for the mentioned situation and problems.
