摘　　要：社会主义条件下 ,社会制度系统必须体现出民主化原则、制度化与法律化原则、公开与公正原则、制衡与监督原则、科学配套原则和可操作与有效原则。我们遵循这些基本原则进行制度建设 ,就会促进社会主义文明的发展 。In a socialist society, the social systems must be possessed with democratic, systematic and legal principles, public and fair principles, balancing and supervising principles, scientific subsidiary principles, executive and efficient principles. If we follow them in constructing our social systems, not only will the civilizing degree of our socialism be further developed, but also the social systems will become important parts of modern social civilization.
