风险投资业的现状分析及其对策

摘　　要：针对我国风险投资业当前在五个方面存在的问题 ,从宏观环境和微观管理机制两方面进行了具体分析 ,并对风险投资相关法律法规的修定 ,政府扶植体系的建立、风险资本的筹集机制、风险投资基金的设立、风险企业的运作机制和风险资本的退出机制等六个方面的问题提出了相关的建议。On the basis of reviewing the development of venture capital in China,the authors analyses the existing problems in 5 aspects and prensents 6 suggestions including the revision relevant to venture capital,the establishment of government supporting system,the collection mechanism of risk capital,the establishment of venture capital fund,the operation mechanism of venture enterprises and the exiting system of venture capital.
