摘 要:经过多年试验和较大面积示范 ,水稻应用耐铵型联合固氮菌后 ,既可增加稻谷产量4 .0 5%~ 7.10 % ,还可节省化学氮肥 10 %~ 15% ,节约农本 8.79~ 2 6.3 7元人民币 / 666.7m2 ,起到增产、节氮、增益的效果。同时 ,还可减轻过多使用化学氮肥给环境所带来的一系列负面影响 。In view of the situation of continuous ascent of nitrogen application level in the course of rice production in Chongming region of Shanghai,the path to supply a part of nitrogen source required by rice in the form of bio nitrogen acquired after inoculating ammonia enduring type associated nitrogen fixing bacteria in order to reduce chemical N fertilizer level was explored under the support and assistance of the Nuclear Energy Utilization Research Institute,Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The results of years experiments and rather wide demonstration showed that compared to the check,the application of nitrogen fixing bacteria can increase rice grain yield by 4.05% to 7.1%,save 10% to 15% chemical nitrogen fertilizer as well as cut down cost of agricultural production by 8.79 to 26.37 yuan per 666.7m 2,showing good effects in increasing yields,saving nitrogen fertilizer and raising economic profits.Meanwhile,a series of negative effects on enviroment caused by excessive use of chemical N fertilizer can be lightened,and so a sound foundation will be laid for realizing sustainable agricultural development.
