滑刃线虫属(Aphelenchoides Fischer,1894)的2个国内新记录种  

Two New Record species of Aphelenchoides (Nematoda: Aphelenchida) from China: Aphelenchoides nechaleos and Aphelenchoides involutus

摘　　要：描述了滑刃线虫属(AphelenchoidesFischer,1894)的2个国内新记录种 :游泳滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoidesnechaleos)和内卷滑刃线虫(A.involutus)。游泳滑刃线虫采自辽宁省盖州市熊岳镇莴苣(Lactucasativa)的根际土壤中 ,它与近似种拟游泳滑刃线虫(A.paranechaleos)的主要区别是雌虫尾较长 ,尾的形状是腹面凸(而拟游泳滑刃线虫的尾较短 ,尾的形状是背面凸 ,腹面凹) ,雄虫交合刺背杆的弯曲程度较小。内卷滑刃线虫采自辽宁省凌海市苍耳(Xanthiumsibiricum)及山东济南大花金鸡菊(Coreopsisgrandiflora)的根际土壤中 ,它与近似种A.jacobj的主要区别是雌虫尾向腹面弯曲程度较大 ,尾后部呈钩状 ,尾较长。Two new record species of Aphelenchoides from China were described. Aphelenchoides nechaleos Hooper & Ibrahim, 1994 was described from rhizosphere of garden lettuce (Lactuca sativa) in Xiongyue Town, Gaizhou City, Liaoning Province. This species agree well with the description given by Hooper & Ibrahim(1994), therefore the population are considered as A. nechaleos. Closely related species, A. paranechaleos Hooper & Ibrahim, 1994 can be separated from A.paranechaleos in the females having a generally longer tail c, 3.8～5.3 vs 3.2～4.0, also the tail contour is usually convex, whereas it is dorsally convex but flat to concave ventrally in A. Paranechaleos. The curvature of the limb on the male spicules is smaller in A. nechaleos. A. involutus was collected from rhizosphere of siberian cocklebur (Xanthium sibiricum), Linghai City, Liaoning Province and big flower coreopsis (Coreopsis grandiflora), Jinan City, Shandong Province. It agree well with the description given by Minegawa (1992) and Shahina (1996), therefore the species was considered as A. involutus .This species appears closely related to A. jacobi Husain & Khan,1967, but it differs from A. jacobi by its body strongly curving ventrally, posteriorly hookshaped and longer tail.
