银杏大蚕蛾白僵菌的分离、培养及应用试验

摘　　要：从银杏大蚕蛾僵死虫 (蛹 )尸上分离的白僵菌 B2 1.1,经过室内扩大培养 ,生产出含孢量 1 85亿孢子 /g菌剂 ,以其 2亿孢子 /ml菌液对银杏大蚕蛾幼虫室内毒力测定 ,表现出很高的致病能力 :4天死亡率近半 ,1 0天校正死亡率达到 98.51 % ;林间喷雾防治 ,1 0天左右致病死亡近 50 % ,2 1天校正死亡率为 84.36% ;与其它菌株 (剂 )试验比较 ,其致病死亡率和杀虫效果均明显高于其他各供试菌株 。Five isolates of Beauveria bassiana from different sources were examined for pathogenicity to Dictyoploca japonica. Compared with other four isolates,the isolates B 21 1 derived from dead body of Dictyoploca japonica showed the best effectiveness.Two inoculation experiments,one in lab and the other in the field,were carried out.The mortality of pests caused by isolates B 21.1 come to 98.51% in lab 10 days after inoculation and 84.36% in the field 21 days after inoculation.The results suggest that isolate of Beauveria bassiana from the host itself shows good prospect for the control of Dictyoploca japonica.
