芜湖市耕地总量动态平衡及其可持续发展

摘　　要：保护耕地资源的根本途径之一是维护耕地总量动态平衡 ,通过对芜湖市耕地总量动态平衡的分析 ,探讨了耕地总量动态平衡的深刻内涵 :不仅是耕地的数量平衡 ,更要求是耕地的质量平衡与供需平衡等 ,继而澄清了对耕地总量动态平衡的模糊认识 ,为加强土地管理工作提供了科学的理论依据 ;同时 ,从实际出发 。It is one of the ultimate way of protecting the cultivated land resource to keep the dynamic balance of the total amount of the cultivated land.The writers discuss the profound meaning of the dynamic balance of the total amount of the cultivated land according to studying in Wuhu region. It includes not only the quantity balance but also the quality balance and the balance of supply and need.Thus the writers clarify some fussy understand about the total amount of the cultivated land.It provides scientific theoretic foundation for strengthening the task of land resource.At the same time ,the writers bring forward scientific developmental countermeasure in order to promote sustainable development of the cultivated land resource for Wuhu region from the matter of fact.
