摘　　要：在阐明技能迁移的种类和机制的基础上 ,论述了在体操教学和训练中技能迁移现象的普遍存在性 ,合理运用一系列教学手段以促进技能间的积极性迁移 ,防止或减少消极性迁移 ,提高体操教学效果 .Having dwelled upon the variceties and system in skill-shifling, this paper discusses the universality of skill-shifting in gymnastics teaching and training, and points out that the proper application of a series of teaching means can promote the positive shift among different skills and guard against the negative shift to improve gymnastics teaching.
