摘　　要：人类传染病是通过接种疫苗来进行防治的。植物基因工程疫苗成为口服性疫苗,是通过外源抗原基因转入转基因植物,最后通过人体粘膜免疫系统发挥抗原活性,植物疫苗以其接种方便、贮存简单和安全性好等优点成为当今世界上的研究热点;轮状病毒疫苗、结核杆菌疫苗和避孕疫苗被国外权威人士认为植物疫苗的三大可能;植物疫苗的创新性展示了巨大的应用前景。Human infectious diseases can be prevented by incubating vaccines. Plant genetic vaccines become edible ones by transferring antigens' genes into transgenic plants and eliciting human mucosal responses. The studies on plant-derived vaccines is one of the world-wide research hot spots because of its convenient incubation, simple preservation, and good safety compared with normal vaccines. It's believed that rotavirus vaccines, tuberculosis vaccines and contraception vaccines are likely to be studied and applied,and plant-derived vaccines have a huge application prospect due to its innovation.
