钙和温度对几种蔬菜种子萌芽率影响的研究

摘　　要：以小白菜、生菜、芥菜、苋菜为试材,研究了在28℃、25℃、22℃三种温度条件下,不同Ca2+浓度对蔬菜种子萌芽率的影响。结果表明:（1）不同浓度的Ca处理对种子萌芽率有不同影响,随着Ca2+浓度的增加,同一品种的萌芽率逐渐降低。（2）不同品种对Ca2+的反应不同,小白菜和芥菜能忍受较高浓度的Ca2+,而生菜和苋菜受Ca2+影响较大。（3）在相同Ca2+浓度条件下,不同温度对种子萌芽率有不同影响,且因品种不同而异,情况较为复杂。This article deals with the influences of Ca2+ concentration and three different temperatures on the germination rate of four vegetables: Brassica chinensis Linn., Lactca saliva Linn., Brassica juncea Coss. and Am anthus tricolor Linn. The results show: (1) The different treatments of Ca2+ concentration have different influences on the seed germination rate; (2)The reactions to Ca2+ of different varieties are different. (3)Under the condition of identical Ca2+ concentration, different temperatures exert different influences on seed germination rates. But the changes arc very complicated.
