摘　　要：本文从文化层面分析了科技发展和科技转化为生产力的社会条件以及我国在发展科技、教育和经济过程中存在的文化观念方面的种种问题 。From a cultural angle, the social context in favor of the S&T development and transformation into productive forces in addition to a variety of cultural problems cropping out from S&T development, education and the national economy are analyzed. It suggests that Chinese culture of socialist modernization must be built and rooted in China's current actualities in the course of implementing the national strategy of national rejuvenation through science and deucation.
