摘　　要：本文通过英国成为世界科学活动中心的进程 ,概括出世界科学活动中心形成的一般模式 。This paper explores the process that how the UK was to become the center of world science and through this, it develops a general model for depicting the formation of a center of world science. By analyzing the model, the paper suggests various countermeasures for enabling China to become such a center of world science.
