摘　　要：企业技术创新不仅涉及产品结构、制造方法、资源、应用程序等硬件和软件；还应涵盖：以突破常规思维，发现观察和处理各种关系新视点为目标的观念创新；以提高企业运行效率为目标的经营管理模式创新；以科学决策为目标的决策体制创新；以发现和凝聚人才、激发员工潜能为目标的人事制度创新；以优化成本－功能－市场要素为目标的成本核算和控制方式的创新等。Lacking of enterprise technical innovation is involved with hardwares and softwares of product structure, manufacturing method, resources, application programs etc. It also includes the idea and concept innovation aimed for new point of sight to break through the routine thought, find, observe and handle all relationships; the innovation of operation and management mode aimed for improving enterprise operation efficiency; the decision system innovation aimed for scientific policy decision; the personnel system innovation aimed for finding and collecting the talents, encouraging the potential energy of employees; the innovations of cost accounting and control method aimed for optimizing the cost - functionmarket factors and etc.
