摘　　要：体现以人为本的基本思想 ,从安全人机工程学的原理出发 ,根据海船驾驶员职业的特点 ,论述了海船驾驶员职业适宜性及其心理测评系统研究的重要意义。结合海船驾驶员职业的实际 ,提出了海船驾驶员职业适宜性测评的基本项目及手段 ,并对建立海船驾驶员职业适宜性的条件和测试方式进行了研究 ,旨在最终建立起一套适合海船驾驶员职业适宜性的心理测试标准和具体指标 ,达到指导实际生产中海船驾驶员的选拔、培养、训练和提高的目的。To embody the idea of taking mankind as foundation the significance of the research on the professional adaptability of sea going ship's navigating officers and its psychological evaluating system are discussed in the paper, according to the principle of safety ergonomics and the professional features of sea going ship's officers. Combined with their professional practice, the basic items and means for evaluating their professional adaptability are proposed and the research on the conditions and ways how to evaluate professional adaptability is performed in order to finally establish a set of psychological evaluation standards and specific index suitable for professional adaptability of sea going ship's navigating officers and attain the object of instructing the selection, education, training and promotion for navigating officers in practice.
