摘　　要：通过对两起货轮火灾事件的评析，针对当今我国运输船舶防火工作的管理机制的现状，提出必须放弃传统的做法，吸收先进的管理经验，创建出一套新的船舶防火管理机制。Learned from two cases of fire accident on board the ships and aimed at the actuality of fire-fighting on board the ship, provide some ideas to improve the fire-fight and safety management system not only for the ships but also for the shipping companies.
