摘　　要：管下扩眼是一项不常用的技术 ,但随着石油工业的发展 ,钻井难度越来越大 ,特别在深井和超深井中 ,常会遇到狗腿、键槽和缩径等复杂情况 ,而且在深井钻井中要求下多层管柱 ,这就增加了对更耐用更可靠的管下扩眼器的需求 ,而以往常用的可胀开牙轮扩眼器存在着某些内在问题 ,如牙轮寿命短、水力参数有限及部件薄弱 ,导致使用效果不理想。文中通过介绍塔参一井的扩眼施工 ,将一种新型的扩眼器与常规扩眼器作比较 ,介绍其工作原理和使用方法 ,对新型扩眼器存在的问题作分析 。The down-casing reaming hole techn- ology is an unusual application one.But with the development of the petroleum industry,it is more difficult to drill.Particularly in a deep well or super deep well,some complex conditions as the dog-log,key-seat and undergauge should be encountered usually.And the multiple-casing is required in a deep well.This made the requirement of the down-casing reamer increasing,which is more durable and more reliable.But in the past,tension cone reamers have some inside problem,as the short cone life,the limited hydraulic parameter and the weak parts etc..This made the utilizing effect not good.The paper presents application of new reamer in well Tashen-1,introduces working principle and using method and compares with regular reamer.The existing problems of the new reamer are analysed,and the attentions in the site application are also summarized.
