合注注水井软密封隔离技术研究

摘　　要：在合注井实施油套管环空防腐保护 (下称环空保护 )时 ,针对防腐剂由于注入水的稀释而失效的问题 ,研究了软密封隔离技术。软密封隔离液由暂隔液、软密封液组成。该软封具有施工简单、隔离性能好、有效期长和可用于套管变形井等特点 ,适用于合注井的防腐保护液与注入水隔离。文中对软密封的原理、配方、性能试验和现场应用进行了介绍 ,通过在临盘油田 10口井应用 。During executing annulus corrosion control in commingled injection well,regarding to the effectless problem of preservation for dilution of injection water,the soft sealing isolation technology is studied.Soft sealing spacer is composed of temporary plugging agent and soft sealing fluid.The soft sealing has some features,such as simple operation,good isolation property and long time of efficacy.The soft sealing isolation technology is suitable for casing deformation well,corrosion control of commingled injection well and isolating injection water.The paper presents the principle,formulation,performance test and field application of the soft sealing.Through application in 10 wells in Linpan Oilfield,good result is got.
