抽油杆管磨损问题的探讨及预防措施

摘　　要：根据对吉林油区部分油田的统计结果 ,对形成杆管磨损的多种因素进行了系统地分析。主要有机械磨损和腐蚀磨损。对于这类问题的出现 ,需要首先判别是机械磨损还是腐蚀磨损 ,然后才能有针对性地采取正确的预防措施。文章着重阐述两大磨损产生的原因 ,并提出具体的预防措施 ,在部分油田予以实施 ,有效地延长了抽油井的检泵周期 ,达到了预防杆管磨损的最佳效果 ,取得良好的经济效益。On the basis of the wear statistics of tubing and rod in Jilin Oilfield,the paper analyses systematically the factors caused tubing wear and rod wear.These factors main have mechanical wear and corrosion wear.In this paper,the reasons of causing two wears are explained in detail,corresponding preventive measures are proposed.These preventive measures can effectively prolong pump detection period of pumping well,and attain optimum effect of prevention tubing and rod wear.Meanwhile,good economic benefit is got.
