摘　　要：在分析调研了大量资料的基础上 ,结合国内外先进技术 ,针对堵水调剖、注聚等特殊的工艺要求 ,开发出了适合堵水调剖、注聚工艺要求的新型液压往复泵 ,并投入了现场应用。经过近两年的试验和现场应用 ,证明该泵是一种性能良好的注入设备 ,能够满足堵调、注聚工艺的各项技术要求 ,是目前较为理想的堵调、注聚的注入设备 ,达到了设计的各项技术指标。目前 ,孤东油田已大量采用该泵进行堵调作业 。Hydraulic reciprocating pump is a new type of pump which was developed in recent years .This pump has following features, simple structure, long life, run steadily, low failure rate.A few were used in foreign, but mainly used in drilling engineering. On the base of analyzing and investing a large number of data, combine the advanced technology of home and abroad. Being aimed at the need of water plugging and polymer flooding, developed the new model of hydraulic reciprocating pump to meet the need of water plugging polymer flooding.Through two years experiment and field use. It is demonstrated that this pump is an excellent injection device and achieve various technology index.
