摘　　要：针对油田开发后期套管损坏井增多、套管变形缩径 ,常规分注工艺采用的Y34 1 114型封隔器不能满足套管损坏井分注的难题 ,研制开发了ZYY34 1 110型小直径封隔器。该封隔器外径小、结构简单、组装试压方便 ,设计有平衡机构、锁紧机构 ,后座距为零 ,密封可靠。经现场试验表明 ,施工成功率 10 0 % ,密封性好 ,有效期长 ,能满足套管变形大于 110mm井的分注卡漏工艺需要 。In the light of aggravating casing damage, casing deformation and undergauge wells in the maturing field, conventional model Y341 114 packer couldn't satisfy the operating requirements,model Y341 110 packer is developed. It is of a small diameter, simple structure, easy assembling, and good sealing type packer, with equalizing and locking mechanisms. Practical result shows that model Y341 110 packer can satisfy the operating requirements and eat up the injection production contradiction of casing failure wellblock.
